  • Ensure Stantec Quality System requirements are met, including project deliverables that are properly prepared, checked, reviewed and approved for submittal.

  • Ensure NCR’s and quality improvements are closed and findings are implemented.

Administrative Expectations:

  • Conduct resource planning and forecasts for project execution (minimizing non-chargeable time) and ensure team utilization targets are monitored and achieved.

  • Recruit, retain, mentor, coach, and lead all levels of team members, including developing succession plans for key roles and identifying/addressing capability gaps within the integrity discipline.

  • Prioritize the development, retention and application of technical integrity knowledge across the team.

  • Be accountable for team budgets pertaining to training and development and industry event attendance.

  • Foster and support the development and refinement of quality-endorsed integrity assessment processes.

  • Foster and prioritize the preparation and delivery of shared learnings (e.g. through lunch & learns) by team members.

  • Lead annual employee activities including annual reviews and career development planning for team managers and direct reports.

  • Ensure compliance with Stantec’s health, safety, security, environment (HSSE) program, with a focus on safety leadership.

Business Development Expectations:

  • Support marketing efforts as part of growth strategy of Integrity Division.

  • Prepare, review, and support Integrity project proposals.

  • Establish new client contacts for Integrity Engineering Services.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients at the initiation of new projects or when pursuing potential projects.

  • Ensure building and maintaining the network across Stantec’s Energy and Resources business line and regions to support collaboration.
