Our FYidoctors Airdrie clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist .
This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week . Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday .
You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Administering pre-testing services
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
