Spécialiste en approvisionnement / chaîne d'approvisionnement (2-3 mois)
Lieu : Valleyfield, QC - poste en présentiel
Durée du contrat : Approximativement 2 à 3 mois+

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste intérimaire en approvisionnement / chaîne d'approvisionnement pour soutenir notre usine de Valleyfield sur une base temporaire, en raison d'un congé. Relevant du Contrôleur, ce poste se concentre sur les activités quotidiennes d'approvisionnement, la coordination avec les fournisseurs et le soutien administratif lié aux opérations manufacturières et à la gestion de l'usine.
Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour un(e) professionnel(le) de l'approvisionnement expérimenté(e), capable de s'intégrer rapidement, de gérer efficacement ses priorités et d'évoluer dans un environnement manufacturier dynamique et en constante évolution.

Principales responsabilités
Approvisionnement et chaîne d'approvisionnement
  • Saisir et assurer le suivi des commandes d'achat dans SAP à l'aide de rapports systèmes.
  • Examiner les factures des fournisseurs afin d'en assurer l'exactitude et la concordance avec les bons de commande.
  • Créer et maintenir les dossiers fournisseurs, incluant le soutien aux fournisseurs sur la plateforme Coupa et la coordination des créations/extensions de fournisseurs provenant d'autres sites.
  • Maintenir les données maîtres SAP pour les pièces de maintenance, incluant la mise à jour des prix.
  • Rechercher et sélectionner les fournisseurs, pièces et matériaux requis.
  • Gérer les inventaires de fournitures de bureau et de produits sanitaires.
  • Coordonner et assurer le suivi des certificats d'analyse.
  • Maintenir l'horaire des livraisons d'emballages et effectuer les suivis requis.
  • Assurer le suivi des achats effectués par carte de crédit corporative (approvisionnement et déplacements) et compléter les réallocations de dépenses dans Concur.
  • Saisir et maintenir les données liées à l'utilisation et à la réception des emballages, incluant les mises à jour dans Simpro.
  • Appuyer les décomptes physiques des inventaires de matières premières, d'emballages et de pièces de maintenance.
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir les fichiers liés aux pièces critiques et aux appels d'offres concurrentiels.
  • Traiter les demandes d'achat d'articles spécifiques formulées par l'équipe de gestion.

Soutien administratif
  • Organiser et maintenir la documentation d'approvisionnement sur SharePoint.
  • Répondre aux appels externes et coordonner l'accueil des visiteurs.
  • Préparer les lettres d'invitation pour les visiteurs externes.
  • Contribuer à la coordination d'événements et de rencontres à l'usine.
  • Fournir un soutien administratif au Directeur des finances, au besoin.
  • Offrir du soutien et une formation de base aux utilisateurs concernant les processus d'approvisionnement dans SAP.

Santé et sécurité
  • Respecter l'ensemble des politiques et procédures en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement.
  • Participer aux formations obligatoires en santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Compléter les audits de processus en couches (LPA) sur une base hebdomadaire.

Qualifications et expérience
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle en approvisionnement ou en chaîne d'approvisionnement, idéalement en milieu manufacturier.
  • Formation ou études en approvisionnement, en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience pratique pertinente.
  • Connaissance pratique de SAP requise; excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Word.
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais (oral et écrit) requis et évalué.*

Interim Procurement / Supply Chain Specialist (2-3 Months)
Location: Valleyfield, QC - onsite position
Contract Duration: Approximately 2-3 months+

We are currently seeking an Interim Procurement / Supply Chain Specialist to support our Valleyfield plant on an interim / temporary basis due to a leave of absence. Reporting to the Controller, this role will focus on day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, and administrative support related to manufacturing and plant operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who can quickly step in, manage priorities effectively, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supply Chain Support
  • Enter and monitor purchase orders in SAP and follow up on order status using system reports.
  • Review supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and proper matching to purchase orders.
  • Create and maintain vendor records, including supporting suppliers on the Coupa platform and coordinating vendor setup/extensions from other sites.
  • Maintain SAP master data for maintenance parts, including pricing updates.
  • Source suppliers and identify required parts and materials.
  • Manage inventories of office supplies and sanitation products.
  • Coordinate and track certificates of analysis.
  • Maintain packaging delivery schedules and follow up as needed.
  • Monitor corporate credit card purchases (procurement and travel-related) and complete expense reallocations in Concur.
  • Enter and maintain data related to packaging usage and receipts, including updates in Simpro.
  • Support physical inventory counts for raw materials, packaging, and maintenance parts.
  • Update and maintain files related to critical spare parts and competitive bidding.
  • Process purchase requests for specific items requested by the management team.

Administrative Support
  • Organize and maintain procurement documentation on SharePoint.
  • Answer incoming external calls and coordinate visitor reception.
  • Prepare invitation letters for external visitors.
  • Assist with the coordination of plant-related events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance, as required.
  • Offer guidance and basic training to users on procurement-related SAP processes.

Health & Safety
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in required occupational health and safety training.
  • Complete weekly Layered Process Audits (LPA).

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education or training in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field, or relevant practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is required, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) is required and will be assessed.
