about this team

We are seeking an experienced Global Product Management Director with expertise in Salesforce and emerging Agentic AI technologies to lead strategic product initiatives for our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings on our Guest Support Team. This executive-level role requires a visionary leader who can bridge technical complexity with business strategy while driving innovation across international markets.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy development through launch and optimization, while managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. This position reports directly to the VP of Guest Support and requires someone who can translate complex platform requirements into clear product strategies that deliver measurable business value.

core responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Product Vision

  • Define and execute global product strategy for PaaS platforms that aligns with company objectives, market dynamics, and emerging technology trends
  • Develop compelling product vision for Agentic AI capabilities that transforms Guest workflows and creates competitive differentiation
  • Establish and communicate strategic roadmaps spanning 12-36 months that balance innovation with technical feasibility
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions and assign objectives to product teams across regions
  • Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions for platform capabilities and third-party integrations for Agentic AI
  • Oversee development and enhancement of Salesforce-based platform products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Design and manage API product lifecycle, defining standards, versioning strategies, and developer experience guidelines
  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security meet enterprise-grade requirements
  • Partner with engineering leadership on platform architecture decisions for distributed systems, data management, and integration frameworks
  • Drive platform adoption metrics including API usage patterns, developer engagement, and internal customer satisfaction

Agentic AI Product Development

  • Champion development of autonomous AI agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and coordinated action across business processes
  • Partner with technology to establish evaluation frameworks and production monitoring systems for non-deterministic AI behaviors
  • Design knowledge infrastructure that codifies subject matter expertise into repeatable, scalable agent capabilities
  • Implement responsible AI practices addressing ethics, bias detection, transparency, and governance
  • Define success metrics for AI-driven features that balance automation efficiency with human oversight requirements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 product managers and 2 group product managers
  • Foster collaboration across engineering, UX Design & Research, eCommerce, data science, CRM, Omni, Retail and Global Fulfillment
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives, SSC, and third-party partners
  • Conduct executive presentations to senior leadership on product performance and strategic direction
  • Champion guest-centric culture by incorporating user feedback into product planning and development processes
  • Monitor competitive landscape, conduct market analysis, and stay current on industry trends in PaaS, CRM, and Agentic AI
  • Track key performance indicators including revenue growth, cost per contact, lifetime value, retention metrics, and NPS
  • Partner with finance teams to analyze operational costs, pricing strategies, and ROI projections
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for Agentic AI expansion
  • qualifications

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or related technical field
  • MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred in Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent advanced degree
  • Dual degree programs (MBA / MS Engineering or MBA / MS Computer Science) are a significant advantage for technical product leadership roles
  • Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing product managers or cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience with Salesforce platform including configuration, customization, API integrations, and multi-cloud implementations
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Platform-as-a-Service products, API management, developer tools, and platform ecosystems
  • 2+ years working knowledge of AI / ML technologies, with preference for experience building Agentic AI systems, multi-agent coordination, or autonomous agent workflows
  • Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-grade products with measurable business impact and revenue generation
  • Experience operating in global markets with understanding of regional requirements, cultural dynamics, and international go-to-market strategies
  • Salesforce Expertise : Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, Lightning Platform, Flow Builder, Process Builder, and AppExchange ecosystem
  • Platform & API Management : Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, microservices architecture, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and API versioning strategies
  • Agentic AI Fundamentals : Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and production AI system monitoring
  • Data & Analytics : Proficiency with data pipelines, data quality management, SQL, analytics platforms (Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Power BI), and metrics-driven decision making
  • Cloud Technologies : Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Agile & Development Methodologies : Expert-level understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks, sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous delivery practices
  • Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution while navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • Executive Communication : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-suite, board members, and enterprise customers

    compensation and benefits package

    lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $182,000-$238,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
