about this team
We are seeking an experienced Global Product Management Director with expertise in Salesforce and emerging Agentic AI technologies to lead strategic product initiatives for our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings on our Guest Support Team. This executive-level role requires a visionary leader who can bridge technical complexity with business strategy while driving innovation across international markets.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy development through launch and optimization, while managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. This position reports directly to the VP of Guest Support and requires someone who can translate complex platform requirements into clear product strategies that deliver measurable business value.
core responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Product Vision
- Define and execute global product strategy for PaaS platforms that aligns with company objectives, market dynamics, and emerging technology trends
- Develop compelling product vision for Agentic AI capabilities that transforms Guest workflows and creates competitive differentiation
- Establish and communicate strategic roadmaps spanning 12-36 months that balance innovation with technical feasibility
- Lead quarterly planning sessions and assign objectives to product teams across regions
- Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions for platform capabilities and third-party integrations for Agentic AI
- Oversee development and enhancement of Salesforce-based platform products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Design and manage API product lifecycle, defining standards, versioning strategies, and developer experience guidelines
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security meet enterprise-grade requirements
- Partner with engineering leadership on platform architecture decisions for distributed systems, data management, and integration frameworks
- Drive platform adoption metrics including API usage patterns, developer engagement, and internal customer satisfaction

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $182,000-$238,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
