Job description
Provide operational leadership and oversight across multiple hospitality concepts
Build and refine systems, standards, and processes that support scalable growth
Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and senior site leaders
Drive financial performance through labour optimization, cost controls, and forecasting
Ensure consistent guest experience, service standards, and brand execution
Partner with ownership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and new openings
Support site openings, transitions, and integration of new concepts into the portfolio
Foster a strong, values-led culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and collaboration
Requirements
A multifaceted hospitality operator with experience across diverse restaurant and food service environments
Brings a strong hospitality mindset with an appreciation for European-influenced culture and experiential dining
Proven ability to scale operations and lead through growth and change
Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-unit P&Ls
A people-first leader who builds trust, develops leaders, and drives performance
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational involvement
Corporate Culture
Base salary of $100,000 plus bonus
Senior leadership role with direct impact on brand growth and operational strategy
