Responsibilities and Expectations : Provide strategic governance to the organization, ensuring that its mission, vision, and values are upheld.
Attend all Board meetings and participate independently and knowledgeably in deliberations.
Operate with integrity and credibility, demonstrating a passion for improving the lives of individuals that we serve.
Enhance the organization’s public image.
Lead and support fundraising efforts and resource development.
Ensuring strong fiduciary oversight, risk mitigation, financial management, and growth strategies.
Assessing the Board's performance as the governing body of Choices Association Inc.
Serve as an active advocate and ambassador for the organization and fully engage in identifying and securing financial resources and partnerships necessary for Choices to advance its mission.
To abide by the by-laws, code of conduct, and other policies that apply to the Board.
