We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for our fast food restaurant. Responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality and safety, and optimizing efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Team Management : Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, provide guidance and performance feedback.
- Customer Service Excellence : Ensure prompt and friendly service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Food Quality and Safety : Maintain high standards, enforce regulations, conduct inspections.
- Operational Efficiency : Manage inventory, control costs, streamline processes.
- Training and Development : Provide comprehensive training, promote continuous learning.
- Prepare paperwork including production and quality reports
