As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Director of Manufacturing to join our team and drive our operations to new heights.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Manufacturing to build our production operation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing the build and operation of our manufacturing process. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in manufacturing processes, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and construction of a new manufacturing line, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and high performance.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and standards that align with best practices and company objectives.
  • Oversee the selection and installation of equipment, machinery, and technology to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of manufacturing personnel, providing mentorship and career development.
  • Work cross-functionally to establish clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones for the buildout and production ramp-up.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the manufacturing line project, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Establish a safety-first culture and implement stringent quality control processes to ensure product excellence.
  • Continuously assess and optimize processes, implementing lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of material flows and inventory management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure production targets are consistently met.
  • Drive the operationalization of the new manufacturing line, ensuring on-time delivery of products with cost-effective methods.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Proven experience building a manufacturing line or facility from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Expertise in production planning, quality assurance, and equipment procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and meet aggressive timelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence.
