This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance Business Partnering, you are a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director. This role will oversee multiple financial functions within our organization including Doctor Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. This position involves managing the calculations and administration of doctor draws, overseeing accounts receivable activities, and leading payroll operations. The role requires collaboration with doctors, finance teams, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation, efficient revenue management, and compliance with regulations.
Role overview
Bank Reconciliation :
- Oversee and manage the bank reconciliation process for approximately 600 practice bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve variances, errors, or missing transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the bank reconciliation process.
- Recommend adjustments where needed to ensure bank reconciliations remain clean.
