Our client, a leading residential developer and homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to join their Calgary-based leadership team and drive marketing performance across multiple regional markets. This role is responsible for aligning regional marketing teams, executing brand strategy, and delivering measurable impact across demand generation, customer experience, and brand performance.
This position plays a critical role in connecting corporate brand direction with on-the-ground market execution—ensuring consistent messaging while allowing for local market relevance. The successful candidate will build scalable marketing systems and processes, optimize marketing investment, and ensure marketing activity directly supports sales performance and long-term growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and align regional marketing teams around shared performance goals and operating standards
- Drive data-informed decision-making to continuously optimize campaigns and customer engagement
- Build and improve marketing operations, systems, workflows, and reporting to support growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Design, Finance, and Operations across the full customer journey
- Track and manage marketing investment relative to lead quality, conversion, sales velocity, and brand momentum
- Translate corporate brand strategy into strong local execution, while providing market feedback to inform brand and product evolution
- Develop marketing leaders and foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
