Director of Business Development – 3PL Services (Contract Logistics)
A large 3PL business is seeking a Director of Business Development to spearhead expansion in 3PL services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering excellence in contract logistics.
Base pay range
CA$250,000.00 / yr - CA$260,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets in 3PL services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and relationships
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive operational excellence
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favourable terms for all parties
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
