Job descriptionFinancial Planning & Analysis : Lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making and business growth Financial Reporting : Conduct variance analysis, KPI reporting, and trend analysis while ensuring compliance with IFRS and ASPE standards Full-Cycle Accounting : Oversee journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidations Treasury & Cash Flow Management : Monitor working capital, manage bank positions and covenants, and oversee CapEx investments Audit & Compliance : Support external audits, design and test internal controls, and mitigate financial risks Tax & Regulatory Compliance : Prepare HST filings and assist with corporate tax requirements CPA designation required. 4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and full-cycle accounting Strong knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, and financial modelling Proficiency in QuickBooks, Power BI, and advanced Excel Experience in private equity, real estate, or investment management is an asset Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills We here at Clarity Recruitment would like to thank you for your application Only those chosen for a phone interview will be contacted via email and text to set up a phone interview
