Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Professional Experience : Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing. Technical Skills : Proficiency in basic design (Adobe Creative Suite) and strong professional copywriting skills. Digital Proficiency : Solid knowledge and experience with website analytics tools and social media management platforms. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate programs both qualitatively and quantitatively. Organizational Skills : Excellent planning and organizational abilities; you can manage the complexity of multiple sources of input, juggle many tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Growth Mindset : A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a desire to continuously improve your own competencies through feedback and action. Industry Assets : Previous experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, media buying, or PR is considered a strong asset.
We are looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital and social marketing initiatives for a globally recognized brand. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will manage paid advertising, influencer leadership, and delivery promotions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working autonomously within a collaborative team.
What You Will Do
- Paid Media & Strategy : Support paid digital marketing campaigns by refining media buys and developing strategic content that breaks through the clutter.
- Influencer Leadership : Lead influencer-related campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Social Media Management : Lead social media pages, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and audience engagement.
- Brand Adaptation : Collaborate with international brand partners to leverage and adapt relevant global content for the Canadian market.
- Operational & HR Support : Partner with internal HR and Operations teams to execute paid digital advertising for recruitment and hiring needs.
- Growth Strategies : Brainstorm new and creative traffic growth strategies for local markets to drive revenue and profitability.
- Data & Analytics : Synthesize digital, social media, and competitive market data into key learnings, insights, and comprehensive KPI reporting.
- Executive Collaboration : Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Vice-President of Marketing to determine sales goals and promotional objectives, preparing executive presentations as needed.
What You Need to Perform in This Job
The expected compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000.
