Description
:The Digital Marketing Manager supports TD’s digital marketing transformation by enabling data‑driven audience segmentation and activation across channels. This role works at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver personalized, compliant, and measurable customer experiences while partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities
Build, manage, and activate customer audiences using Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) and other platforms.
Ensure data quality, identity resolution, and readiness for marketing activation
Support campaign execution across owned and paid channels
Translate business requirements into scalable audience and segmentation solutions
Apply analytical thinking to validate data, generate insights, and measure performance
Partner with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver data‑driven outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, audience segmentation, or marketing data management
Strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing concepts and best practices
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or comparable platforms
Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder
Experience with Python, PySpark, or similar data tools
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, DOMO)
Financial services or regulated‑industry experience
Experience working in Agile or cross‑functional delivery environments
