Responsibilities

Provide in-field support to the Area Manager, ensuring smooth program execution.
Step in as a Coffee Advisor to fill in for absent team members when required.
Coach and motivate your team to exceed sales and performance goals.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met.
Drive sales and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Act as the primary liaison between the client and key retail stakeholders.

What We Offer

Compensation : $27 per hour

Mileage Reimbursement : KM expenses covered

Program Duration : 9 weeks

Hours : 28 hours per week; Thursday to Monday schedule

Hands-on experience representing a world-class brand

Training : Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service (commission-based sales experience is an asset).

At least 1 year of experience leading a team or managing sales associates.

Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and customer engagement (formal sales training is a plus!).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent a premium brand.

Friendly, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.

Access to reliable transportation for store visits.

Smartphone with internet access for on-the-go communication.
