ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is all about l ead generation, digital brand development, and enhancing the customer experience . We need someone who understands multiple audiences and can create tailored strategies to reach and engage them effectively across different business channels.
We are looking for a strong executor with an advanced track record in end-to-end lead generation — including paid advertising , high-converting landing pages, digital analytics, and optimization strategies. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can directly connect lead generation efforts to business growth goals, making a measurable impact
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Own the Digital Strategy – Build and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business growth objectives across multiple business channels. Propose annual budget allocation for each channel and mix.
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing – Architect and execute high-impact, multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) designed to generate high-quality leads at scale
- Website & Landing Page Optimization – Design, test, and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates, employing data-driven CRO tactics and continuous improvement.
- SEO & Organic Growth – Oversee and implement advanced SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content marketing, and backlink acquisition to drive organic lead generation.
- Customer-Centric Digital Engagement – Build segment-specific digital engagement strategies for distinct customer types, including builders, homeowners, dealers, and commercial partners.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights – Provide biweekly performance reports featuring in-depth campaign breakdowns, attribution modeling, and detailed ROI analysis to optimize future strategy.
- AI & Marketing Technology – Implement and refine AI-driven tools and automation strategies to enhance targeting, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
- CRM & Lead Management – Lead full-cycle lead tracking and nurturing within Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms, ensuring a seamless marketing-to-sales pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Work closely with executives, sales leaders, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
- Asset Development & Optimization – Lead the creation and refinement of high-quality digital assets and persuasive ad copy that drive engagement, conversions, and brand impact.
