À propos du poste :

Relevant directement du président, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des stratégies marketing pour propulser notre organisation. Vous superviserez l’ensemble des activités marketing et serez en charge de monter l'équipe passionnés et dévoués avec qui vous collaborerez étroitement pour atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs. Ensemble, dans ce cadre dynamique et stimulant, vous relèverez des défis, aurez un impact positif sur votre entourage, et contribuerez à un environnement de travail motivant et agréable.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Élaborer des stratégies et définir des plans d’action innovants pour dépasser les objectifs d’affaires établis.
  • Développer et déployer un plan marketing annuel aligné sur les besoins des entreprises.
  • Mettre en avant notre valeur unique sur le marché en enrichissant constamment nos offres.
  • Participer à des initiatives diverses et assumer certaines tâches connexes pour soutenir les activités globales.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience pertinente de 2 à 5 ans dans un rôle comparable.
  • Maîtrise des outils et tendances en marketing numérique et communication.
  • Solide expertise en gestion de l’expérience client.
  • Leadership inspirant, créativité, organisation et capacité d’initiative.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles.
  • Expérience en gestion et encadrement d’équipe.
