9Round Mission Statement:
We empower members to reach their fitness goals, nine rounds at a time, in a fun, healthy and encouraging atmosphere.

Do you love fitness and love helping people? 9Round trainers must be fit, enthusiastic, great with people, willing to clean and ALWAYS on time. Full training provided. Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful. Kickboxing, boxing, or martial arts experience is preferred. Trainers will work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are opening 3 locations in Barrie and will eventually be looking for Lead Trainers and/or Managers to support our clubs.

The duties of a Fitness Trainer are to "Train, Sell and Clean."

TRAINING

  • The personal attention provided during a 9Round workout requires high energy.
  • Training involves explaining and demonstrating exercises in a manner that provides the best workout each and every time, while motivating the members to reach their goals.
  • Must be able to multi task and attend to clients needs based on different fitness levels.

SELLING

  • The first 9Round workout is always free. Trainers must strive to convert prospects into members of 9Round Nation.

CLEANING

  • To attract and keep members, the gym must be clean at all times.
  • Trainers will follow a scheduled cleaning program to ensure members are always working out in a clean environment.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Genuine willingness to help others.
  • Proficient at Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate others.
  • Professionalism.
  • Enthusiastic, out-going, friendly.
  • Physically fit and committed to living a healthy lifestyle.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns is a plus.
