Job description
  • JOB OPPORTUNITY : Night Shift Warehouse Associate & Order Picker
  • We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and independent Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who can work steadily in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

    Schedule & Hours

    • First Week Training : Monday – Friday (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM)
    • Regular Night Shift : Sunday – Thursday (9 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Order Processing : Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately using digital systems and order sheets.
    • Inventory & Math : Perform simple inventory counting and basic mathematical checks.
    • Material Handling & Palletizing : Safely wrap pallets and stage goods for shipment.
    • Facility Maintenance : Maintain general shop cleanliness and keep work areas organized.
    • Equipment Operation (Optional) : Operate Reach Trucks (certification preferred, but not required).

    Role Requirements

    • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable navigating digital systems, scanners, or tablets.
    • Physical Stamina : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work prolonged overnight shifts.
    • Work Style : Proven ability to maintain a steady pace independently without direct supervision.
    • Transportation : Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute for overnight shift times.

    Compensation

    • Base Pay : $18.00 – $22.00 / hr *(based on experience)*
    • Overnight Premium : Additional +$2.00 / hr shift differential
    • Reach Truck Operators : Starting rate of $20.00 – $22.00 / hr (+ $2.00 / hr night premium) — *No prior external certification required; company training provided.*

    Advantages
