Job Title : Digital Workplace Specialist – Microsoft 365 & SharePoint

Location : Woodbridge, ON

Position Type : DIrect Hire

Work Type : Onsite

Salary : $95K - $110K / Year

Role Overview :

Seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist to optimize and enhance Microsoft 365 and SharePoint tools, driving collaboration, communication, and productivity.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

SharePoint Administration – Manage sites, libraries, workflows, permissions, and security.

Optimization & Automation – Design and enhance SharePoint solutions, document management, version control, and Teams integration.

Intranet Management – Support intranet development for internal communication and collaboration.

Data Architecture – Organize metadata and taxonomies for better content searchability.

Training & Support – Assist employees with Microsoft 365 tools, driving adoption and efficiency.

Integration & Performance Monitoring – Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft products and track usage metrics.

Security & Compliance – Implement governance frameworks and data privacy best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

5+ years experience in SharePoint Online / 365 and Microsoft 365 tools.

Expertise in SharePoint administration, Microsoft Teams integration, PowerShell scripting, Graph API, and REST APIs.

Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.

Experience in user adoption, training, and security best practices.

Microsoft certifications are a plus.
