You will be joining an agile and innovative technology group with experience in and passion for delivering a differentiated experience and
innovative solutions for our clients, advisors, and employees using digital technology and data-driven
insights. As a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that organization’s digital
assets are well-managed, secure, and easily accessible, supporting efficient and effective use across the
organization.
You will also be integral to a team focused on enhancing and further automating our DevOps process
including improvements to digital code delivery, automation of manual release tasks, and integration of
our internal systems with SaaS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), etc.
You will be working collaboratively with a team of platform administrators, release engineers, software developers,
and business architects / analysts to improve our delivery processes, correct errors, and assess delivery
health and performance.

Responsibilities
o Organize, categorize, and manage digital assets within the AEM system to support all
lines of business and for all channels
o Monitor / review asset uploads, ensuring accurate metadata application, adherence to
naming conventions, and maintenance of the folder structure
o Hands-on implementation of structures and permissions defined by IA / Assets
Librarian around folder structures, fragments, assets, API’s, migration and archival
o Develop and maintain governance of metadata standards, DAM folder structure, and
taxonomy
o Provide guidance to development teams and business lines about system architecture
on how to use AEM Assets application
o Document procedures for building and managing AEM Assets features, components,
and tools.
o Stay informed of the latest business needs and trends and conduct routine user
experience research to ensure the metadata structure and taxonomy is meeting the
needs of all users.
o Lead a Governance Committee / Center of Excellence to bring together key
stakeholders / DAM users.
System Maintenance and Optimization
o Perform regular audits of assets to identify and remove outdated materials.
o Employ system reporting, monitoring tools and periodic audits to measure the
technical health of AEM Assets and identifies risk.
Document DAM processes and standards and communicates to business and partners.
o Schedule new installs of new software releases and application system upgrades,
evaluate and install patches, and new application supplied products
o Implement routine DAM clean up and archiving practices
