Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are optimized, our products are market-ready, and our industrial requirements align with project Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Tetsing, Procurement, EHS and Quality), lead industrialization activities, and ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the methods and manufacturing processes to optimize production QCD performance (organization of the work, tooling and processes). Ensure data, tools and components are always available for production and repairs all along the life cycle.
We\'ll look to you for :
- Deploy Signaling industrialization processes for products and DFM rules
- Develop industrial means for product & project manufacturing and test with EHS mind-set
- Develop, set up, and improve the manufacturing processes : workstations, tooling, industrialization rules, special process, routings, assembly / work instructions while meeting EHS standards
- Set up and maintain the bookshop of times / methods library
- Create Work Instructions (WI) including shop floor designs, tools, technicques, MBOM and special process
- Design and optimize the machines setting-up in workshops as well as the organization of every workstation
- Measure and calculate method time vs production time ensuring OEE targets are met
- Provide and sustain Industrial maturity report per product line (definition files MR, test First Passed Yield per phase, failure rate at first installation, production cost, industrial scheme, lead time)
- Review electrical diagrams, rack schematics, cable lists, and integration drawings to validate accuracy
- Validate interface points between racks, power subsystem, and telecom equipment
- Guarantee the application of the Manufacturing (DFM) and test Rules (DFT) and repairs requirements
- Manage industrial risk through Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and associated improvement action plan
- Work closely with industrial planners on production order development based on production time, capacity, resources, MBOM
- Train the production workers and EPU managers during design and industrialization phases
- In case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement corrective solutions
- Support for continuous improvement of manufacturing lines
- Participate in the design of machines and specific tooling equipment
- Qualify industrial means related to manufacturing, repairs and rework
- Ensure the technology watch to evolve process and manufacturing means
- Develop and insure the follow-up of the performance indicators of production tools and set up the associated action plans (predictive, preventive or curative actions)
- Complies with EHS Alstom, Ethics and Compliance policies and external standards
- Issue relevant documents in the Quality System
- Ensure schedules, inputs and QCD targets are achieved
