Responsibilities
- Strategic Delivery: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Asset Management (AM) plans, including State of the Infrastructure (SOTI) reports, levels of service analysis, and long-term financial strategies.
- Business Growth: Proactively identify market opportunities, lead proposal development, and leverage your professional network to expand Dillon’s municipal footprint across Ontario.
- Consulting & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to municipal staff, leadership, and stakeholders, translating technical data into actionable investment strategies.
- Project Leadership: Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure technical accuracy, budget adherence, and timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Community Engagement: Facilitate workshops and presentations. Experience or interest in collaborating with Indigenous Communities on infrastructure resilience and self-governance is a significant asset.

Qualifications
What you will need to succeed
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer ( in Ontario (PEO).
- Proven ability to build client relationships and "drive the business" through strategic networking and high-quality delivery.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience
- 8–10 years of professional experience, specifically focused on municipal infrastructure and asset management.
- Deep understanding of Ontario Regulation 588/17 and the lifecycle of municipal assets (water, wastewater, roads, and bridges).
Compensation
$75,000 - $115,000
Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range, contingent on factors unrelated to an applicant’s gender or other status protected by provincial and/or federal law.
