Job Title: UKG Developer (formally Kronos)

Location: Remote in Canada

Duration: 06-12 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer with expertise in UKG (formerly Kronos) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production support and incident management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 years of experience with Kronos 8.1
Experience in production support, including working under tight SLAs
Proficiency in incident resolution life cycle
Experience with Incident Management Tools, such as ServiceNow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with a vast user base and IT stakeholders from integrating applications
Ability to troubleshoot production issues promptly and within SLA time limits
Ability to prioritize and multitask to handle multiple production issues simultaneously
Experience in coordinating with offshore resources to ensure all production issues are resolved within the allowed SLA

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Kronos to Dayforce migration

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA time limits
Coordinate with offshore resources to ensure timely resolution of production issues
Communicate effectively with users and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
