Responsibilities
As a cornerstone of the Returns Department, you will ensure the smooth processing of merchandise to guarantee customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include :
Inspection : Quickly assess the condition of returned products (e.g., frames).
Data Entry : Enter detailed assessments and code returns into internal systems.
Administrative Management : Issue credits to customer files and conduct order research.
System Usage : Navigate comfortably within SAP and / or AS / 400.
Collaboration : Support the management team with various related tasks.
Qualifications
Technical Skills : Excellent typing speed and strong computer proficiency.
Major Assets : Previous experience with SAP or AS / 400.
Soft Skills : Exceptional rigor, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Physical Requirements : Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift (8 hours) and availability for occasional overtime.
