My client is seeking its next Senior Internal Sales Representative for its Saint-Léonard branch. Here, we don’t just sell parts; we provide peace of mind to our industrial partners.

Location : Montreal East, Saint-Léonard, QC

Contract Type : Permanent, Full-time

Salary : Starting at $70,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Work Mode : 100% On-site (for maximum team synergy)

Schedule : 40h / week, Monday to Friday (8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM)

Responsibilities

Advise & Sell : You will analyze complex needs in hydraulics and pneumatics to recommend the perfect solution.

Manage the Flow : You will handle inquiries with excellence—whether at the counter, over the phone, or via email.

Master the Sales Cycle : From preparing quotes to rigorous delivery follow-ups.

Collaborate : You will act as the right hand to our external sales reps to identify new business opportunities.

Optimize : You will keep an eye on stock levels and suggest clever alternatives in case of shortages.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise : You have solid, non-negotiable knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Experience : You have a senior background in internal sales or customer service within the industrial sector.

Agility : You can juggle multiple priorities without ever losing your attention to detail.

Personality : You are extroverted, curious, and not afraid to ask questions.

Tools : You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with order management systems.
