We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager / Treatment Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management, ensuring our team consistently delivers high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient and compliant operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff, budgets, and patient relations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all treatment coordination, including major treatments, financial agreements, and estimate submissions.
  • Supervise and coordinate all staff-related activities, including hiring, onboarding, terminations, AM meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including IPAC and accurate electronic medical records.
  • Maintain dental supply and equipment inventory; place orders as needed while staying within budget.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and high staff morale.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with dental terminology and industry advancements to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Monitor and meet monthly production and treatment acceptance goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental office or acute care setting (required).
  • Experience using Tracker dental software (required).
  • Experience with Recall Max is an asset.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and financial management within a dental practice.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • DPM certificate is an asset.
  • Valid CPR, WHMIS, and IPAC certifications are required.
  • Pay : From $29.00 per hour
