Job descriptionSupervise the daily operations of a restaurant, lounge, or outlet within the complex Provide hands-on leadership to front-line staff, ensuring service standards are consistently met Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift management to optimize operations and meet business needs Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members, fostering a culture of engagement and performance Act as a point of continuity and leadership in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations at all times Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and model the highest level of customer service Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment through regular inspections and adherence to policies and regulations Support promotions, entertainment events, and special functions within outlets Assist with performance metrics, financial objectives, and other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant, lounge, or bar
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Smart Serve and Food Handlers certification required (WHMIS training provided)
- Knowledge of Employment Standards, Health & Safety, and Liquor License Act requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours in a 24 / 7 operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
