Job descriptionProvide Resident Supervision and Assistance : Support residents with activities of daily living—including eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming—as per individual care plans. Provide Resident Care and Services : Respond to call bells and door alarms promptly; maintain appropriate personal grooming and dress code. Assist with transport of residents to rooms, recreational activities, health office, and dining room as needed. Support Resident Comfort & Well‑being : Offer cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support; provide oral and dental care. Complete laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments. Compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work supporting seniors. Detail‑oriented with strong customer service skills and effective communication with residents and staff. Hold a ‘Safe Serve’ designation and have at least one year of dining room service experience. Have a minimum of Grade 12 education. Can work independently and / or as part of a team. Legally eligible to work in Canada or possess a valid work / study permit. Successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check. Successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check (applicable to British Columbia applicants).
