Job description

Our client, a Montreal- based clinic that excels in the specialized areas of periodontal and dental implant care, is looking to hire a bilingual Office Manager.

This 100% in-office role is crucial as the person recruited will be primarily responsible for various human resources and management responsibilities.

The profile that we are looking for is extremely organized, driven, with a strong attention to details and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience as an Office Manager is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Management :
  • Oversee the recruitment, training and retention of staff. Manage employee relations, payroll, benefits and compliance with employment laws.
  • Administrative Assistance :
  • Provide direct administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence and management of professional commitments.
  • Operational Supervision :
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, including managing patient flow, maintaining office records and overseeing facilities management.
  • Financial Duties :
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgeting, invoicing and accounting.
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, driven, self driven attitude
  • Fluent in English and French.
