L'assistant.e juridique est un pilier central dans l'efficacit du dpartement lgal, services parajuridiques en assurant la prparation et la coordination des documents corporatifs et commerciaux importants ainsi quen crant des listes et des rapports dtaills qui contribuent l'adoption des meilleures pratiques juridiques et la gestion optimale des besoins de lentreprise. L'assistant.e juridique participe activement aux initiatives du dpartement en gnral, en apportant un soutien soutenu l'quipe pour amliorer les oprations. Ce rle implique une collaboration troite avec les autres membres de l'quipe afin de faciliter les processus juridiques et d'assurer la gestion globale des risques organisationnels et la gouvernance d'entreprise.

Tu es parfait.e pour ce poste si tu :

  • 3 5 ans d'exprience dans un rle similaire ;
  • Diplme secrtariat juridique ou une formation quivalente ;

La connaissance de langlais est requise pour ce poste tant donn que la grande majorit des activits se droulent en anglais, en particulier avec les parties prenantes internes et externes situes hors du Qubec.

  • Concrtement, tes responsabilits quotidiennes seront de :

  • Offrir un soutien administratif complet toute l'quipe du dpartement du dpartement lgal afin de soutenir le groupe d'entits de l'entreprise dans ses activits, tant sur le plan national quau niveau international ;
  • Aider la gestion des demandes de contrats ou autres de toutes les units daffaires, y compris la prparation des documents juridiques connexes ;
  • Dvelopper et maintenir des listes et outils numriques pour suivre et contrler les demandes reues des diffrentes units daffaires. Veiller ce que les rponses et les mises jour soient enregistres systmatiquement;
  • Mettre jour toutes les listes et bases de donnes du dpartement et crer de nouveaux outils pour optimiser la prsentation des donnes ;
  • Grer tous les documents lectroniques dans le cloud pour le tlchargement, l'organisation et le stockage des documents et des documents de due diligence pour examen et collaboration avec toutes les parties en rapport avec l'achat d'actifs du groupe dentits et d'autres transactions ;
  • Coordonner la collecte des signatures via DocuSign auprs des partenaires commerciaux (et des membres de l'quipe interne) ainsi que dassurer la distribution et larchivage appropri des documents signs ;
  • Produire des rapports de dpenses mensuels pour le dpartement lgal ;

    The Legal Assistant plays a pivotal role in the efficiency of the Legal Department by preparing and managing essential documents, generating comprehensive lists and reports to support adherence to best legal and risk management best practices. The Legal Assistant actively participates in legal initiatives in general, providing robust support to the team to enhance business operations. This role involves close collaboration with other team members to facilitate legal processes and ensure overall organizational risk management and corporate governance.

    You are perfect for this position if you :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Diploma in legal secretarial studies or equivalent training;
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Google Docs;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets to create dynamic tables and other reporting;

  • Concretely, your daily responsibilities will be to :

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Team with regards to corporate work for the Corporationss Group of entities, domestic and international;
  • Assist with the management of all Agreement / Contract requests from all business units including preparation of ancillary legal documents;
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet or digital tool to track, monitor, and follow up on queries received from various business units. Ensure timely responses and updates are logged systematically;
  • Update all departmental lists and databases and creates new tools to optimize data presentation;
  • Manage all electronic documents in cloud for uploading, organizing, and storing documents and due diligence materials for review and collaboration with all parties in connection with the Corporation Group Asset Purchase and other transactions;
  • Perform administrative tasks for the Legal Department, such as coordinating delivery and collection of signatures via DocuSign from business partners (and internal team members) as well as the delivery of executed agreements and all other legal documents to all parties;
  • Produce monthly expense reports for the Legal Team;
