Job Description : General Laborer – ServiceMaster Restore Victoria

With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we provide comprehensive restoration services across greater Victoria. We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated General Laborer to join our growing team.

Position Overview : As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our restoration efforts, providing essential support to our skilled technicians and project managers. You will assist in the restoration of damaged properties by performing a variety of tasks such as demolition, debris removal, site cleanup, and basic construction activities under the guidance of experienced professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the restoration industry and contribute to meaningful projects that help restore communities.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform physical tasks including demolition, removal of damaged materials, and cleaning of job sites.

Assist in the setup and cleanup of equipment and materials.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Support skilled technicians and project managers as directed.

Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Adhere to company policies and standards for quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in general labor or construction is advantageous but not required.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Team player with good communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.

Valid driver's license.
