Job Description
- Developing and implementing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans and schedules for maintenance activities and site rentals;
- Update, organize and maintain SAP S4 asset register structure in accordance with proper document management SOP’s;
- Create / build bill of materials, functional locations and equipment lists;
- Providing analysis and interpretation of maintenance trends and variances;
- Issuing work orders in accordance with production requirements and resource availability;
- Constantly monitoring outstanding work orders to determine maintenance status and report to clients accordingly;
- Organize weekly planning / scheduling meetings with appropriate Supervisors;
- Organize weekly backlog and previous week schedule to understand factors effecting schedule adherence and to correct deficiencies moving forward;
- Capturing, record and compile maintenance reports according to departmental and client needs;
- Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement opportunities;
- Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding capacities and future scheduling;
- Communicate with Superintendents / Managers to determine equipment criticality and availability to fit the committed schedule, or communicate schedule progress;
- Communicate with Supply Chain (Purchasers) to verify committed parts availability for scheduled work;
- Communicate with Reliability Engineers to assist with analysis and improve master data;
- Communicate with Health and Safety and Environment departments for work sensitive to their deliverables.
Must have 2 to 3 years experience working in a planner role.
This position pays $36.43 per hour.
Start / End Hours – Rotation Schedule : 7 day on / 7 days off, (6am to 6pm).
