Job descriptionPlan and coordinate delivery schedules, routes and driver assignments Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding delivery services Advise on delivery capabilities, including lead times, product placement and specialized services Adjust orders, process changes and ensure accuracy of documentation Maintain communication with drivers and track completion of deliveries Check stock availability and coordinate with procurement team if necessary Process payments, close orders and ensure all documentation is correct Ensure compliance with health, safety and loss prevention guidelines Manage customer inquiries, provide quotations and resolve delivery issues Any other related tasks ensuring the smooth running of sales Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask Flexibility and sense of urgency to deal with the unexpected Good judgment, sense of responsibility and organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team in a noisy and distracting environment Proficiency with standard office equipment
