Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.

Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.

Order product, receive and manage inventory to ensure a good in stock position.

Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.

Ensure a variety of consistent, fresh, quality products are on display.

Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.

Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.

Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations

Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Previous experience with deli and / or cheese products.

Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.

Excellent organization and communication skills.

Food Handlers certificate is a plus.
