PrecisionERP / IT is recruiting for a Sr. ITSM Services Operations Specialist for an ONSITE contract opportunity in Vancouver, BC. Open to local candidates ONLY.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Expertise in designing, developing & implementing ITIL and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Service Operation processes, policies and procedures to support IT operational excellence.
Thorough analysis of data with business understanding, provides insights on current performance and improvement opportunities across client's IT environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of the ITIL framework, service management processes, specifically Service Operation processes.
Experience using service management tools (ie. ServiceNow)
High level of IT technical competent skills
Excellent communication skills
