We believe that effective data governance is the foundation of successful data utilization, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Governance Consultant to bring their talents to our team. Are you a results-driven, self-starter looking for a contract role where you can lead governance programs for clients across diverse industries? If so, we would love to welcome you to our team and see the impact you'll make!
Location : Hybrid (3-Day onsite), within the GTA
Status : Contract / Full-Time
Responsibilities :
- Effectively collaborate with senior client business stakeholders to lead the design of Data Governance frameworks, strategy, organizational components, functional competencies, and roadmaps
- Guide client business stakeholders in operationalizing ownership and stewardship responsibilities and lead the execution of Metadata and Data Quality Management pilot projects
- Utilize strong facilitation and coaching skills to align business stakeholders and teams, driving organizational alignment and informed decision-making
- Demonstrate expertise in educating, training, and fostering the learning and development of team members and stakeholders
- Combine strategic thinking with tactical execution, showing a willingness to engage hands-on to accomplish tasks effectively
