Job description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Stayner, ON , is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse / Material Handler, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material movement and inventory management. This role will lead to permanent with benefits upon successful completion of 6 month probation.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Stayner, ON

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour / $20.25/hr after 6 months and permanent hire

Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Mon - Fri)

What's the Job?

  • Inventory management and accuracy, cycle counts
  • Order picking and packing, material staging, physical inventory
  • Returns and putaways
  • Documentation and ERP transaction entry
  • General warehouse Support
  • Label, weigh, and stock raw materials and supplies in designated warehouse locations using ERP tools to maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels.
  • Read and interpret production and sales orders to determine correct materials and quantities required.

What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment preferred.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control processes, order picking, and shipping/receiving functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license: must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification if required.
  • Able to pass a Criminal Record Check and comply with internal safety and conduct policies.
