Description du poste
Sous la supervision de l estimateur s nior l estimateur junior joue un r le cl dans la pr paration des soumissions pour divers projets de construction. Ce poste constitue une excellente opportunit pour un professionnel en d but de carri re souhaitant approfondir ses comp tences techniques et voluer dans un cadre structur et collaboratif.
Responsabilit s principales :
- Examiner et analyser en d tail les documents d appel d offres (plans devis sp cifications techniques).
- Pr parer les soumissions en conformit avec les exigences des appels d offres et assurer leur qualit .
- Collaborer avec l estimateur s nior pour finaliser les soumissions.
- Effectuer des demandes de prix aupr s des soustraitants et fournisseurs pour les mat riaux la maind uvre et l quipement requis.
- Comparer et analyser les offres re ues pour identifier les options les plus avantageuses.
- Lire comprendre et interpr ter les plans et devis techniques.
- Participer aux r unions de coordination pour discuter des priorit s et strat gies d estimation.
- Maintenir une communication proactive avec les parties prenantes pour maximiser les opportunit s de succ s.
Profil recherch :
Ma trise des outils de la suite Office MS Project Excel avanc et des logiciels de gestion de chantier.
