Job description

Bruce Nissan is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and direct showroom traffic to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including scanning deals and assisting with deal-related paperwork
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • File and organize paperwork to ensure efficient record keeping
  • Assist managers and team members with various administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers and data entry
  • Previous administrativeor dealership experience is considered astrongasset
  • Dealership experience is considered anasset
