Job description

I am looking for a Specialist in Accounts Receivable and Collections for my client, a company specialized in vehicle rental located in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a permanent position, offered in a hybrid work mode.
Your responsibilities will include :
Managing the collection of overdue accounts
Negotiating and following up on various payment agreements
Communicating with stakeholders to facilitate collections
Handling dispute files related to accounts receivable
Performing analysis and evaluation of accounts receivable files
Participating in various projects within the finance team
Profile Required
Diploma in Accounting Technology or equivalent
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Good command of English, both spoken and written, to ensure communication with an English-speaking clientele
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
