Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Language Mastery: Professional fluency in both English and French (written and oral).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to multitask across digital platforms.
- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment.
- Critical Thinking: A proven ability to investigate problems and make confident, timely decisions.
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Valid status to work in Canada.
- Ability to obain Government Reliability Clearance
