About the Job :

Were looking for a Customer Success Manager III who is energized by solving complex partner challenges and excited to lead strategic initiatives that drive enterprise partner success and innovation. In this role, youll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeedwhile shaping the future of AI for local economies.

Your Impact :

As aCustomer Success Manager III, you'll work withenterprise-level partners and cross-functional internal teamsto :

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise partners, aligning Vendastas solutions to their high-level business goals
  • Design and execute complex, organization-wide engagement strategies that drive adoption, maximize ROI, and leverage AI-powered workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch initiatives and advocate for partner priorities while influencing product development through actionable feedback.
  • Work directly with Account Managers to co-develop partner strategies based on platform usage and adoption, product performance, AI Activation and outcomes and revenue and retention goals.

What You Bring to the Table :

You bring deep expertise in enterprise customer success within a SaaS environment, along with a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence strategic direction. You have experience managing complex portfolios, designing multi-tiered success strategies, and driving long-term growth through AI-enabled customer lifecycle planning.

Must-have qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to proactively manage complex partner needs and advocate internally for customer-driven improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools used for customer insights, workflow automation, and scaling enterprise support.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • MBA or certifications in customer success, project management, or AI technologies.
  • Experience in prompt customization and iterative improvement of AI use cases.
