Our team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help perform a variety of tasks within our insurance offices. They will be helping by answering calls/ emails, greeting customers and many other tasks. A Customer Service Representative will need to be flexible, well organized and eager to learn from the best. We are looking for top prospects who will help our team accomplish exciting projects and assignments in a fast-growing Agency.
Responsibilities
  • Upon receiving a call, assists the client by applying changes, cancellations and updates to the contract, taking care to meet the client's needs effectively, while advising and educating in order to ensure the client's complete satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Create beginning of the day reports & customer follow up lists from underwriting department, claims, billing, collections and complete the lists on time
  • Work with the Agent and support the Sales team as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting all deadlines.
  • Active and responsible team member.
  • Ability to take orders & process inbound sales or service request.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Agent & team members.
Qualifications:
  • Must have or able to obtain OTL & HLLQP license
  • 1-3 years of experience doing office work.
  • Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.
  • Must have knowledge and know how to use basic MS Excel & Word.
  • Experience with operations/ customer service is a plus.
  • Second language is a plus.
  • Continuous desire to improve & learn.
