Salary range (but not limited to) :

47,100 - 57,500

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance) :

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including : experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We’re looking for an Associate Sales and Customer Service to join our growing team!

What you’ll do here :

Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions.

Analyze customer needs, promote products and services and suggest choices and innovative solutions.

Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.

Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.

What you bring to the table :

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Team player
• Dynamic and customer‑driven
• Developed advisory skills
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time
• [Bilingual (French and English)] ( A strong asset )
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
