If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building genuine relationships with clients, this could be the role for you.
Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing expert advice on brewing equipment and coffee blends.
Retail Showroom: Greet walk-in customers in the showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience.
Order Management: Accurately process orders through the system ensuring timely deliver and 100% customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Resolve shipping discrepancies and equipment concerns with empathy and efficiency.
