Description du poste

Nous recherchons un.e Conseiller.ère Service Client pour rejoindre notre équipe de passionné.e.s du service à Montreal, QC. Ce rôle à temps plein s'effectuera en présentiel et vous serez responsable de fournir une assistance client exceptionnelle, de résoudre les questions des clients, de promouvoir nos produits et d’assurer que chaque visite en magasin soit une expérience positive. Votre mission inclura également le suivi des dossiers clients et le maintien d'une connaissance approfondie de nos produits pour répondre aux attentes des clients avec efficacité.

Qualifications

  • Compétences en service client : Expérience dans la relation clientèle, accompagné d'une capacité à répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
  • Compétences en satisfaction client : Aptitude à renforcer et maintenir une expérience client positive, en transformant les interactions en opportunités de fidélisation.
  • Compétences en support client : Solides capacités d’écoute, avec une gestion proactive pour résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement.
  • Compétences recommandées : Maîtrise de plusieurs langues (par exemple, français et anglais) et expérience dans la vente au détail ou le domaine des technologies.
