Description du poste

Le représentant du service à la clientèle s’assure que les commandes des clients sont préparées, traitées et exactes. Il ou elle veille également à ce que les niveaux de stocks des clients soient adéquats et précis. La personne participera à une excellente communication entre le personnel de bureau et celui de l’entrepôt. De plus, le commis sera responsable de la production quotidienne de rapports sur les transactions, etc.

Responsabilités principales

  • Préparer et traiter la documentation d’expédition et de réception.
  • Préparer les commandes pour le personnel de l’entrepôt.
  • Développer et maintenir des liens avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les collègues.
  • Gérer l’horaire des réceptions et communiquer avec les transporteurs au besoin.
  • Surveiller les inventaires des clients afin d’en assurer l’exactitude et de garantir que les commandes peuvent être exécutées.
  • Réconcilier les transactions quotidiennes et effectuer une saisie de données précise pour les rapports quotidiens / mensuels.
  • Vérifier les chargements sortants avant l’expédition.
  • Commander les fournitures et accomplir diverses tâches administratives générales.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées par le gestionnaire.

Position Description Summary The Customer Service Representative ensures that customer orders are prepared, processed and accurate. He / she also ensures that the customer’s inventory levels are adequate and accurate. He / she will participate in great communication between office and warehouse staff. Also, the clerk will be responsible for daily reporting of transactions, etc. Principal Accountabilities

  • Prepare and process shipping / receiving paperwork.
  • Prepare orders for warehouse personnel.
  • Develop and maintain liaison with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Maintain inbound schedule and communicate with carriers when necessary.
  • Monitor customer’s inventories to ensure accuracy and that orders can be filled.
  • Reconcile daily transactions and complete accurate data entry of daily / monthly reports.
  • Audit outbound loads prior to shipping.
  • Order supplies and other general office duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
  • Grande capacité d’organisatio
  • Bilingue, à l’oral et à l’écrit, en français et en anglais
  • Expérience en qualité et en amélioration continue
  • Expérience en traduction de documents de l’anglais vers le français
