Pay rate from $42,000 depending on experience

Enjoy a comfortable working environment with a hybrid schedule after probation

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and manage tickets efficiently

Provide exceptional first-call resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction

Develop strong customer relationships and effectively manage client accounts

Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making within the team

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and with initiative

Experience in a customer-centric role with empathy and listening skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with CRM systems

MS Office experience is critical
