We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our new pet store! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and billing them out.
Responsibilities :
- Provide information about the products
- Cashier duties - bill out customers using our POS system
- Manage inventory, manage product ordering weekly
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
Qualifications :
