- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and procedures.
- Coordinate with the towing and auto repair teams to schedule services.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
- Meet and exceed performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction.
